Since March 2019, we have been clearing plant species that are in the wrong place. As part of our Matariki celebrations, we had lots of help to infill a small number of native plants on the site. We’ve also discovered that the harakeke is of a high quality. We’ll continue working on cleaning up some of the harakeke stands. Our focus is starting to shift to some of the wild ginger onsite. Come down and give us a hand!

Things to bring:
- Suitable closed-toed footwear – gumboots or boots
- Clothing appropriate for the weather
- Reusable water bottle
- Sun protection
